Clean and spacious with everything you need for a large family.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location for access to the high street. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out during our stay. Comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms.Great sunset views on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

We could have done with a cafetière as we did not have any pods for the coffee machine. Not a major problem as we managed with a jug and sieve! Some egg cups would have been great too.. Need a few more wine glasses as there were only four. Easily rectified though.

Location. Quality of fittings and kitchen facilities/appliances, amount of space. Comfortable.

Some aspects of the accommodation need better maintenance - balcony areas need cleaning, and toilet in first floor double room does not flush properly and takes 20-30 minutes to refill - we noticed that this has been mentioned in previous feedback. Also the accommodation booking is managed by sykescottages.com and they are notoriously difficult to contact for the management of existing bookings and their website didn't recognise the booking reference that they gave us. Finally for reference, the first and second floor rooms get very hot in sunshine so fans are advisable.

A very spacious property with nice modern updates in a great location. Perfect for us- 8 adults En-suite shower/bathroom for each bedroom was fantastic Spacious ground floor sitting room with the table tennis/ chess set and large tv was brilliant for such a large group although plenty of other sitting areas which is a real bonus

Some of the showers didn’t go cold enough… crazy to say this as normally in uk this really wouldn’t be an issue but was very hot the weekend we stayed. Some fans would be brilliant in the bedrooms. (Air con in the downstairs sitting room was great )
