We stayed two years ago. The house is now ‘tired’ in comparison. Some areas dirty - for example utility room

The space downstairs & the main bedroom were absolutely great. The use of the pool table was appreciated too. Having a wine fridge was very useful. The location was gorgeous and the walled garden great for the dogs.

The cold showers were not great but were sorted quickly after we’d found out. Would have been nice to have more glasses & a better selection.

Location and space was good

The property is very tired and poorly maintained. Top family bathroom shower not draining, rusty radiators. Bunk beds joints very loose. Found broken shards of glass under settees, No mirror in master bedroom for hair drying. Far too much owner property around, drum kit and clothes in wardrobe. Downstairs cloakroom light pull filthy. Dog hair covered settee in study. Had to clean all the plates and cutlery as not been washed properly. Had to clean extractor fan as fat was dripping on cooker. Cupboard under kitchen sink dirty and some kitchen doors laminate has lifted. Garden cushions torn. Cable from wine fridge runs under door to dining room which could be a fire hazard. We have stayed in many large properties before but non so disappointing as this one. It could do so much better and has such potential.

Fantastic for space, comfort, and location. Amazing amount of games, sport equipment and things to occupy all ages.

The cost of the house was extremely high ( much more than I am paying for same house next year) and complete cost was asked for almost a year in advance.
