アクセス
最寄り駅である西九条駅からかなり近く、大荷物でも問題なかったです。また、ユニーバーサルスタジオジャパン、梅田駅、新大阪の全てにアクセスしやすくとてもよかったです。コンビニ、スーパー、銭湯がどれも徒歩圏内でよかったです。
設備
大人6人での宿泊でしたが、広々しており特に不便ありませんでした。リビングルームのテーブルの立て付けが悪く少しぐらつくのと、6人で使用するにはやや小さく思いましたが、お菓子を広げたりボードゲームをする分には特に支障なかったです(全員で食卓を囲もうとすると手狭かも)。
グラスやカトラリー、アメニティなどは充分に用意されていました。
階段の傾斜がややキツく、重たいキャリーバッグなどを持ち上げるのは女性だと少し大変かもしれないです(3階まで行くのが結構しんどい)。
また、バスタオルはありますが、フェイスタオルがなかったので、洗顔などの際に少し不便でした(ホテルの設備情報にて見落としていた場合は申し訳ありません)。洗濯機や浴室乾燥機が完備されていたため、次回宿泊時は持参しようと思います。

the host responses to messages were very quick and friendly. The facility was clean and organized. The location is really good with accessible to a train station with many choices of restaurants. I would definitely recommend and revisit in the future.
The carpet was a little bit dirty in the living room with stains and bad odor.
