교통편, 편의점 가깝고 이불, 물건들이 깨끗하고 모든게 다 잘 갖춰져있어요
특히 첮아가는 방법 설명이 매우 쉽게 설명되어있어요
환풍기 안틀어놓으면 욕실 물고인 냄새가 좀 나요 틀면 괜찮지만
조명 먼지도 자주 털어주면 좋겠어요 소소한것 말고 다 좋았습니다

办理入住很方便，沟通邮件、入住指南是有中文版本的，且介绍的非常仔细详尽。房子的地理位置很好，离西九条站很近，同时也很安静。房间装修很好看，卧室很宽敞，床很舒适。左右两边都有客房隐私性较好。房间内的设施非常齐全，物品的使用说明也都有，而且是多语言的。
楼梯有点陡，小孩独自上下楼有点危险。厕所只有一个，因为我们5个人住，会出现排队上厕所要等不少时间的情况。房间稍有些潮湿闷热的气味，不太好闻。

私達は6人家族でUSJに行きましたが、ユニバーサルシティ周辺は何度か泊まっており、ホテルや飲食店も割高で新鮮味もなくなっていたので、近くてローカル感があり、全員が一つの部屋に滞在できるところを探していました。結果的に大正解です。一つ隣の駅だと飲食店が少なく駅からもちょっと歩く宿泊先が多いのですが、ここは駅からすぐでアクセスも良く、飲食店もローカル感こ漂う良心的なお店が沢山あります。毎回駅を出てすぐのセブンイレブンで買い込みして部屋にルーティンも便利でした。外観は古いのですが中は綺麗にリノベーションされていて、過ごしやすく設計されています。ファミリーには最適です。
私達は問題なかったのですが、階段が急なので、足が不自由な高齢者には向かないかもしれません。子供は問題なかったです。
