Everything was great except the checkin and check out timings. Its an exceptional place and but very expensive for its worth.
The place itself is exceptional, and I would honestly stay here every time I visit Destin.
The only issue is the check-in/check-out policy. Most places in the U.S. allow check-in around 3 PM ( here its 4 PM) and check-out around 11 AM ( here its 10 am - its too early and quite annoying ) and many are flexible enough to extend checkout to noon at no extra cost when possible.
Here, even a one-hour early check-in or late checkout comes with a significant charge, and the policy feels very rigid. The attitude comes across as “take it or leave it,” which is unfortunate because the property itself is excellent.
If they made the check-in/check-out policy a little more flexible and adjusted the pricing slightly, this would easily become my go-to place in Destin.

Everything was very clean, we really enjoyed our stay. The water was gorgeous, elevators had a little wait , but it was due to so many people there over the 4th of July holiday weekend. We would definitely book here again.
