Difficulté pour le payement, j’ai due contacter le propriétaire pour un arrangement et la personne responsable n’était pas fiable, j’ai due recontacter le propriétaire a deux reprises avant que la responsable ne vienne récupérer l’argent et tout ça avec plus d’une heure de retard…

Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig und keine Kleiderschränke vorhanden.

Da Localização. Limpeza. Espaço cuidado. Miito ben organizado. Estacionamento privado.

Não há cuidado por parte dos outros moradores que estacionam em.frente á garagem dificultando imenso o estacionamento.

The property is in a good location and is clean.

Insisted on cash payment on arrival but took a lot of organising to meet to make the payment. This was a very odd situation not experienced with any other property. Still not sure who I paid the money to and why it needed to be this way when card details taken. Twice waited in to make payment t and person did not turn up - no apology or even confirmation they were not going to be there - only given when I chased. Key safe code sent by message on arrival. No instructions on how to do anything such as what to do with rubbish - all other properties had bins on street. Likewise no information inside property at all such as WiFi or anything to help make stay easier. No toilet paper or rubbish bags supplied. No cleaning materials at all for every day use. Chairs inside all broken and dangerous to sit on. Lots of mosquitos but not able to leave window open as no nets. Biggest issue though is access to the on site parking. Very difficult to get in and out of the driveway - some days had to leave car in and get alternative transport or could not get back into drive and had to park some distance away and walk. Very poor communication - I had asked questions that were not responded to.
