Comfortable apartment for a short stay
Beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable bed and layout of the apartment.
Many broken furniture pieces and wobbly faucets. Not very clean.

Deutlich unter unseren Erwartungen und zu wenig Einsatz des Vermieters, die beeinflussbaren Mängel abzustellen (Rolllade
Lage bzgl. Zentrum. Gute Betten.
Große Baustelle um die Unterkunft mit Baulärm ab 7:00 Uhr morgens . Hier hätten wir einen klaren Hinweis des Vermieters im Vorfeld erwartet. Dass die Baustelle vor unserem Mietbeginn nicht fertig sein konnte war offensichtlich. Rollladen in einem Zimmer defekt, deswegen kein Lüften und keine Nutzung des Balkons Der im Mietpreis enthaltene Garagenstellplatz war nicht nutzbar, da Fernbedienung defekt war und während unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht repariert wurde, hat uns mehrere Stunden bei der Klärung am Ankunftstag und Folgetag gekostet. Stühle am Esstisch eine Zumutung und verschlissen. Ausstattung auch der Küche lieblos. Duschbecken mit Schimmelstellen in den Ecken.

Appartement spacieux avec un grand espace de vie, la clarté de certaines pièces et la situation de l'appartement proche du centre ville et des commerces.
Propreté, bruits à cause des travaux dans la rue et manque d'aération car le store de la chambre ne s'ouvrait pas. Ne pas avoir été informé à l'avance des travaux en cours. L'aspirateur bricolé et le dossier de la chaise abimé.

Le quartier entier est en travaux . En gros travaux…L’accès au garage n’est possible qu’en sens interdit et nous avons tourné 45 minutes avant de le comprendre.

D’avoir les coordonnés de ce propriétaire afin de lui offrir gracieusement mes services en marketing
Propreté exécrable, et l’orque l’on remonte le problème c’est encore à vous de prouver que vous n’êtes pas en tort. En effet, lorsque vous exprimez votre souhait de ne pas passer votre séjour dans ce baisodrome, au milieu des cheveux et autres fluides corporels dont la literie est imprégnée alors que des heures de ménage seront nécessaires et on ose encore vous demander pourquoi vous n’êtes pas restés. Quartier mal famé, population hostile aux femmes, travaux partout. Entre les bruits de mini pelles et les cris des dealers vous serez immédiatement plongés dans l’historie auvergnate.
