Die ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet, parken direkt vor der Tür
Der Zustand des Hauseingangs und des Treppenhaus.Steile Treppe, Stufe höchstens 18 cm und extrem steil. Treppenhaus dreckig. zu wenig Schränke, waren fast alle belegt mit Sachen der Besitzer oder abgeschlossen. Spülmaschine muffig, da feucht verschlossen.

de hoekligging, heel mooi, veel zonlicht, alles aanwezig, ook handdoeken en lakens, een plus, en ook zeep, goeie communicatie, goeie prijs kwaliteitverhouding.
peper en zout ontbraken, de elektriciteit viel even uit, kan gebeuren natuurlijk, geen grote kookpot, maar we hebben ons beholpen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fabelhaft. Etwas abseits vom Zentrum, ruhig, in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze sind kostenlos verfügbar vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, obwohl ein paar Möbelstücke erneuert werden sollten (die Stühle gehen aus dem Leim, Esstisch wackelt). Insgesamt ist die Wohnung aber gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, vor allem in der Küche.
Wir haben keine größeren Beanstandungen, wir waren zufrieden.

Die Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeit, gute Größe des Apartments und gute Erreichbarkeit des Anbieters. Das Bett und Badezimmer waren gut und das Wohnzimmer schön.
Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, an manchen Stellen war es etwas verstaubt in der Wohnung (z.B. Stehlampe im Schlafzimmer) und die Jalousie im Schlafzimmer war defekt- man konnte sie nicht hochfahren. Damit konnte man auch nicht das Fenster im Schlafzimmer öffnen- das war nicht gut, weil es ziemlich heiß war.
