About this house rental
It is a Superb villa, very luxury finishes and offering comfort and space for 8 people!
Ideal for a large family, or 2 families. Over 125m² of surface!
parking is provided for one vehicle under the carport, for other vehicles, there is parking 50 meters from the enclosed
the kitchen is equipped and open to the living room, a table for 6 to 12 people awaits you (extensions are provided to adapt to your needs)
a cozy L-shaped seating area with plasma TV, decoder that can record, and a DVD player
On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom
two bedrooms have a queen size bed (2 x 80 cm) and a king size bed
particular care has been given to the choice of bedding, these are box springs (mattress and box spring separate) let beds can be separated or twinned, at the choice of holidaymakers
the large bedroom has a tv corner with decoder.
the bathroom consists of a toilet, two sinks and a bathtub fitted with an aquamass
in the bathtub, there is a shower area provided
in the laundry room there is a washing machine (7 kgs) and a dryer (7 kgs), an ironing board and an iron are provided
two baby beds are added. a folding bed and a cage bed

De Haan is a wooded region unique in Belgium which allows you to take long walks. Paths wind between the trees, pass the dunes and the 'zandpannen'. For horse riding enthusiasts there are beautiful bridleways.

The walk in the “Concession”, the residential district and architectural heritage of De Haan, allows you to dive into history. Almost all of the buildings date from the 'Belle Epoque'. King Leopold II personally took care of the creation of the seaside site De Haan.

Who wants to discover the surroundings on horseback, will find different equestrian routes through woods and dunes. Attractive cycling routes are available for those who enjoy cycling.
There are still swimming pools at De Haan and Wenduine, the subtropical paradise at Sunpark
