Het was een erg mooi huisje gelegen op een mooie plek dicht bij het strand. Ook winkels en restaurants waren in een straal van een paar kilometer goed te bereiken. De uitleg voor wat betreft de toegangspasjes van de slagboom bij binnenkomst en de sleutels van de toegangsdeur van het huisje waren duidelijk.
