1. Excellent location- walkable to beach, restaurants and the tram station. 2. Very spacious layout. We were 2 adults and 2 kids but another 4 persons could have comfortably stayed. 3. Comfortable outdoor terrace that we enjoyed

Small details prevent this villa from earning a perfect score—it is otherwise a very acceptable property, but several issues hold it back from feeling like a premium rental. 1. Stifling heat and no support: We arrived during a European heatwave, and the villa was incredibly difficult to cool. The internal thermostat sat above 28°C for days, despite us keeping shutters closed by day and opening windows at night. Management offered zero proactive support: no fans were provided for the stifling rooms, and the heavy, winter-weight duvets were completely inappropriate for summer. 2. Outdated linens and fixtures: For an expensive rental, the quality is lacking. The linens are cheap, heavily worn, and faded—they badly need replacing. Similarly, maintenance needs attention; some taps barely function and the showers heads were broken. 3. Zero starter amenities for flyers: The property managers seem to assume everyone arrives by car. Because we flew in, our entire first day was wasted rushing to the supermarket for basic essentials like coffee, paper towels, and dishwashing liquid. Providing even a 1–2 day starter supply of these basics should be standard. With better climate accommodation, upgraded linens, and a simple starter pack of essentials, this could be a 5-star stay. As it stands, it falls short of its price tag.

Geen microgolfoven

het huis was net gerenoveerd en paste ons als een jas

de foto's waren veel mooier dan de werkelijkheid. er is helemaal geen tuin zoals de foto's suggereren en met 5 kleine kinderen is dat een probleem. de gebruikte groothoek lens veroorzaakte een teleurstelling bij binnenkomst. achteraf had ik nooit zoveel betaald als ik als ik de realiteit vooraf had gezien. daarbij bleek het laagseizoen wat niet overeen kwam met de enorm hoge prijs. moois huis maar niet meer voor ons.
