Frühstück war sehr gut , netter Koch, toller Ausblick auf die Buschsavanne mit Wasserstelle

Schlecht gekennzeichnet, unbedingt an der Hauptstraße Hinweisschilder anbringen. Nach heftigen Gewittern ist ein Toyota Highlux oder ähnliches Fahrzeug unerlässlich. we got stuck with our Suzuki. Moskitonetz fehlen, wir wurden "zernagelt"

The view from this lodge is absolutely stunning. Even from the rooms you get a top view of the park and you can see the animals coming to drink from a water hole close to the hotel. Definitely worth the money. The food here was also really good. We only spent one night here which definitely wasn't enough. I would recommend at least a two night stay here to fully enjoy the view and see all the animals coming by the water hole. The rooms are also really nice and comfortable and well equipped and everything was really clean.

The place is very quiet and serene. I went with my 6 yrs old son and I must say he enjoyed himself. He had freedom to run around because we were the only guests at the lodge. The best part about the lodge is that you drive quite a distance inside the reserve before you get there, which is an adventure on its own. Lyson was the only person working there during our stay and he was very friendly.

The chef from Mopane lodge only came once to prepare our dinner and the rest of our stay we were assisted by Lyson. I understand that the facility is a self catering but when it comes to food, it is always best to have a professional to prepare the meal.
