It is an apartment located on the second floor, right next to Melenara beach, with a very beautiful view of the sea. It is very clean, and you can find pretty much everything you need. I felt very comfortable in the apartment, although it is not a very touristic place.

I think it can sometimes be difficult to find a parking space nearby. I have no complaints

The views

We were not advised that an 8 month renovation of the Melenara seafront began in January. The road and pavement are being broken up by a JCB breaker hammer and rubble bulldozed in front of apartment, then loaded on trucks. The noise during working hours is intolerable and we had no option but to leave apartment during the day. In addition the adjoining apartment was undergoing noisy renovation including using percussion drills during the day. While the works are being carried out by Telde municipality, the owner should have advised us of the works and given option to cancel. Instead we were presented with a building site when we arrived. Also the owner should amend listing to prevent future guest disappointment. Please also note that access is affected to restaurants and guest property by the works as pavements are broken up leaving uneven ground.
