Located on Melenara Beach, with ocean views and right on the waterfront. It is 20 minutes from Las Palmas, 10 minutes from Telde and its historic center of San Juan and San Francisco, 10 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from the southern part of the island.
This second-floor apartment features a cozy living room with a sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with a 160-bed and one with a 105-bed), both equipped with fans for hot weather.
Outside, there’s a fitness area equipped with machines for your morning workout.

A smart TV and fiber-optic internet connection are provided. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area while admiring the ocean view. Right in the heart of the area, you’ll find restaurants, a Spar supermarket, and a pharmacy.
