We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would gladly return in the future. The owner, Jessica, personally welcomed us on arrival and took the time to show us around the apartment. She explained how everything worked and pointed out all the amenities available, which made us feel comfortable right away. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped. It had everything we could possibly need, including a washing machine, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything required for cooking proper meals, including a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment was very clean, modern, and tastefully designed. It was also equipped with air conditioning and fast fiber-optic internet, which was greatly appreciated. The west-facing balcony offered a pleasant view and was a lovely place to relax in the evening. One of the things we liked most was the excellent location. The beach was only a few minutes’ walk away, and there were several restaurants, shops, and other services conveniently located just across the street. Another major advantage was the parking. We were able to park our car directly in front of the building entrance, making it very easy to load and unload our luggage without having to carry it long distances. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, equipment, and location. We highly recommend it and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Almería.

There were only two minor drawbacks during our stay. First, the entrance door to the apartment was not very well soundproofed. Since the building is shared with other residents and guests, we could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway, sometimes making it feel as if they were inside the apartment. On a few occasions, the noise was surprising enough that we thought someone had entered the flat. Second, the building was undergoing renovation works during our stay. As a result, there was some construction noise and dust around the property. However, this appears to be only a temporary issue and should not affect future guests once the work is completed.
