L'appartamento è nuovo, ben arredato, comodo, spazioso, moderno, pulito. La piscina ed il cortile belli. Il parcheggio si trova facilmente in strada.
Il fatto che stavano rifacendo l'esterno di tutte le palazzine, sembravano abbandonate

Buena relación calidad precio, piso agradable con todo lo necesario, cerca del mar, buena piscina, lugar tranquilo sin aglomeración masiva.
Las obras en la fachada interior, aunque no eran tan ruidosos. Solo es estético, por lo demás todo muy bien.

Roberto y Jessi han sido en todo momento muy atentos, tuve que ir un día más tarde por un problema de salud y no hubo una sola pega y en todo momento se interesaron por como estaba. La piscina de la urbanización nos salvó la vida los días de levante.
El apartamento por dentro está bien, aunque por fuera inicialmente nos dio hasta miedo verlo. Era un segundo sin ascensor, y al ir con mucho equipaje por ir con una bebé de 6 meses, tocó subir y bajar todo a la antigua usanza, cargando con ello, hasta el segundo. El problema es que estoy operado de la espalda, y no ha sido lo mejor para ella...
