Très grand appartement spacieux avec deux grandes terrasses très agréables. Résidence au calme avec deux grandes piscines. L’appartement était propre. Il y a une place de parking privée! A 10 min de la plage
Quelques progrès à faire dans la cuisine (lave vaisselle qui commence à vieillir, manque une machine à café..) Il manque juste un double de clef car pas toujours simple de se partager les clefs à 6 adultes!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr lieb und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und es gibt alles was man braucht, z.B. Heizung, mehrere Heizlüfter, Trockner etc. Außerdem macht die Wohngegend einen sehr sicheren Eindruck. Auch die Busverbindung ist super.
Die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber das Gebiet westlich der Wohnung ist sehr dreckig und am Strand ist alles voll mit Müll, in Retamar ist es aber gepflegt. Leider ist der Warmwasserboiler nicht so groß, das ist schwierig wenn mehrere Personen im Winter warm duschen wollen. Wenn das Warmwasser verbraucht war, war auch kein kaltes Wasser mehr verfügbar und es dauert einige Zeit bis man wieder Wasser hat.
