Pros: plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. Heating, hot water, water pressure, hot tub worked great. Kitchen appliances worked as they should. Great location: about 30 min from most activities we wanted in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cons: for a house that has room for 10 adults to sleep, there should have been more linen and silverware. There were only about 8 towels and wash cloths. There were NO extra blankets or pillows despite the advertised pull out sofa. In the kitchen, there was one wash cloth and one kitchen towel, no pot holders, and extremely limited cookware. There were 3 forks and 5 spoons including all sizes. The main floor bedroom has a couple of weak spots in the floor that made it scary to walk on.
