This cabin is a 4 BR 3 BA cabin located in Summit View, a gated cabin community situated on an all paved road convenient to Parkway, the main drag in Pigeon Forge.

King size bed, full bath, TV with over 200 channels, and with deck access and AMAZING VIEWS!
☆☆MAIN LEVEL☆☆
Bedroom with King size bed, smart TV (BYO password), private deck access with patio furniture and swing, complete with BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!
Living Room with pull out couch, Full Kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, etc), Dining Room table, washer/dryer and full bath.

This level includes a game room with pool table. There is a full bath, bedroom with king size bed, bedroom with twin over full bunk, twin over twin trundle bed, smart TV (BYO password to access your favorite streaming apps), foosball table and brand new cocktail style MULTICADE! There is also access to large deck with hot tub, hand crafted furniture, and more BREATHTAKING VIEWS!

PARKING: Two to three full size vehicles will fit in the private drive in front of the cabin. Additional parking is located along the fence next to the house, and additional overflow parking is available at the entrance of the community, near the catch and release pond.
ACCESS: The front door has an electronic keypad. You will be provided the gate code and door code 3 days prior to arrival.
GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. There is a steep area as you enter through the gate, although this brief right before take the turn toward our unit.
OUTDOOR GRILLE: Two park style grills are provided for your use. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can and back on the concrete.
ANIMALS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not attempt to feed or approach them.
CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge.

We loved the layout of the house. The downstairs was a great kid hangout with a pool table and video games. The views from the balconies were spectacular. Great proximity to Dollywood!

Not only a great home that was clean and had everything we needed, but a great location, too! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed for cooking and entertainment. We all enjoyed the beautiful view from the back decks, and the house's proximity to the national park and downtown Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge was perfect. We had privacy but could get to things fairly quickly. We had a lot of fun at night playing pool and using the Pac Man game console.
FYI: You have a family of raccoons living between the 3 floor deck and ceiling to the second floor deck. They were fun to watch but could cause trouble if people leave doors open!
Overall, our stay was exceptional! Thank you!!
