This beautifully renovated cabin is in the heart of the Smokies! It boasts 4 bedrooms with new beds, a full kitchen, game room w/multiple TVs, hot tub, fireplace, grill, sauna, and a spacious living area with a seasonal gas fireplace and large Smart TV.
Daybreak Ridge features beautiful mountains views for all seasons while being just a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

The entryway of Daybreak Ridge opens into a spacious living room decorated with modern furnishings. You`ll love the beautiful vaulted ceilings and windows that overlook the back deck -- with stunning mountain views! Relax and enjoy the comfortable furniture, large TV, and stone gas fireplace. This main living area is an open concept with a kitchen and dining area connecting to the living room.
The 4 bedrooms are carefully spread across all three levels providing a sense of privacy. All beds have new mattresses, clean linens and large smart TVs. The game room includes foosball and air hockey as well as a pub table for seating. There are three large TVs that provide a sports bar atmosphere where you can watch multiple games or shows at one time! The lower level also includes two additional bedrooms. There are 65` Smart TVs in all rooms (including bedrooms).
Outdoor living amenities include an expansive back deck providing mountain views in a peaceful and relaxing setting. There is a new sauna located on the lower deck, along with the hot tub. The main deck has a new electric BBQ grill, plenty of seating, a picnic table and a peaceful wooden swing. Spend your day hiking or visiting the National Park. Take a soak in the hot tub while the sun goes down or relax in the sauna after a fun day of adventure!

Full kitchen with a suite of appliances. There is a standard refrigerator for your groceries or any leftovers from trips out on the town. Utilize the dishwasher for a quick clean up anytime. * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/decks. Any guest violating this rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
