Noirmoutrine house, peaceful and central in the famous Banzeau district. Built at the end of the 18th century.
Ideally located 2 minutes walk from the castle and all shops 5 minutes walk, beaches 5 minutes by bike.
You will spend a peaceful stay with your family with its enclosed garden facing south / east, closed garage.
Large fully equipped family kitchen, cosy living room, shower room and toilet on the first floor.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its private shower room, separate toilet.
■ Linen, sheet kit, toiletry kit, bath mat and dish towels are not included in the rental price.
However, it can be booked with the concierge and be paid upon arrival.
■ Cleaning is not included, it is the responsibility of the tenant.
In order to guarantee a proper cleaning, a "cleanliness guarantee" deposit cheque will be requested on arrival, in the amount of €210
This will be returned to you when you leave, when the house is returned in a clean state as stipulated in the listing on site.
