Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a convertible bed (160x200cm) or two single beds (80x200cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), a bathroom with toilet, and a bicycle storage area. Amenities include a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, oven, washing machine, Wi-Fi access, and international channels via SFR. The enclosed garden features a terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue. Small dogs are welcome. Only one parking space is available within the residence. The house is rated 3 stars.
A cleaning fee of €140 is available.
