Cleanliness was ok except for the lanai which needed a power washing. This is where we spent the most time when we were there. Bought a table and lamp for that area so we could eat breakfast/meals and play cards in the evening. Bathrooms needed better cleaning in corners and showers needed grab bars. Kuerig didn't work. Space was comfortable and we had a lovely view from the lanai.
