Marie and Tim are absolutely saints as property managers. They were attentive, hospitable, readily available, and incredibly kind. My family was displaced by hurricane Ian and needed a home during a time of duress. Delicia became our home away from home for 3 months and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Their home was supplied with everything we needed and more! We lost all of our belongings and didn’t have anything to bring to the home. We had all kitchen supplies for cooking, waffle maker (kids loved) and coffee maker (thank God!) The beds were insanely comfy and cleanliness was top line. Paseo in general was beautiful. Marie was always there for us, any time, day or night. We only have positive remarks and would highly recommend staying / renting from them to any friends or family in the future. Our hearts are forever grateful.

Loved the condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and resort-like. Our hosts took care of us making sure we had all the comforts. Is this or any unit available for February 2022?

Upon arrival the unit was dark wirh several ceiling can lights burnt out and hadn't been cleaned very well. The living room tv wouldn't stream and the couch cushions were so broken down it felt like you were sitting on the floor. Linens and mattress covers were stained and silverware was rusty. We contacted the property owner who did respond positively by sending a cleaning crew back. They replaced the TV, bedding, and silverware. In addition the garage was listed as a 2 car but the owner had alot of personal items in the garage so only one space was available. Our initial impression is that the unit is a little run down . The owners were on-site when we arrived but apparently did not care enough to make sure the unit was ready for rental. We loved the Paseo complex and have made plans to be back next year just not in this unit. Over priced and under served.
