Beautiful condo/townhome located in Paseo Condo association, gated community. One of the largest townhomes available in Paseo at approximately 2005 square feet. Nice quiet location with a cozy patio for relaxing or grilling out. Lots of sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms. Condo has been recently painted and all new flooring.
UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms with2 full baths. Nice size den with 55" Sony TV and desk area at top of stairway.
MAIN FLOOR: 1st floor bedroom with King bed and Full bathroom, great for those who don't want to do the stairs all of the time. Main family room area with 65" Sony TV and open floor concept opening up to the kitchen. Two eating areas with tables chairs.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 42" cabinets and everything you need to feel like you are at home. Air Fryer and Kuerig.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Patio, 2 patio chairs and small table, grill, 4 backpack beach chairs.

The property was in a beautiful gated community in Fort Myers -- with many amenities - ponds, pools, splash pad, work-out gym, pool-side restaurant, tennis and pickle-ball courts, entertainment, etc.
The unit was very spacious and clean -- freshly painted, new flooring and furniture -- very tastefully decorated -- and included everything we needed for the month. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. It was a perfect winter get-away!

The unit has everything you need - just pack your bags. Furnishings and decor are lovely and very comfortable. The amenities are fabulous - beautiful pools with Tiki Bar, excellent workout facility, library, community center, movie theater and more. Great walking areas throughout the property. We will be back!
