House is amazing, the outside pool area is were we spent most of our time. Pool is so relaxing overlooking the Doc and the Tiki hut on the doc was our coffee and drinks hangout with great views.

We just spent the month of March at Villa Evara. Had a great time in Cape Coral. The house was everything we expected. The highlight being the Tiki Hut on the dock. We could watch the manatees swim by! The hosts Neil and Keely were great to deal with. Would definitely rent again in the future.
