About this house rental
An angler's cottage from the 1920s located in Hovsør approx. 12 km from Thisted. The plot is 800 m² large and approx. 80 metres from the sea. The living room has a dining area as well as DVD player and a stereo set system. Kitchen with ceramic cooker, fridge and freezer. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a washing machine. You can enjoy the magnificent sea view everywhere on the plot. There are several anglers on the beach selling their catch. There are to Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating Bathroom 2: with toilet and sinkA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
