About this house rental
Well-located vacation home with a 5-person wilderness bath and sauna, with panoramic views of the Limfjord, both inside and outside, renovated in 2015 and located approx. 500 meters from the fjord with a child-friendly beach. The cottage's outdoor area offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. In addition, there are several cozy nooks that are perfect for reading a good book while enjoying the view of the fjord. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is billiards, table football, and table tennis (mini table model) as well as electronic darts. New sauna from 2023. The house is bright and inviting and practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. Kitchen/family room with ceramic hob (induction), separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, separate freezer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. From the living room, you can also enjoy the panoramic view of the fjord up close. Bathroom with bathtub and double sink, shower, and toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house.There is also a sauna in the house. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (160 x 200) and 1 with a double bed (140 x 200). In the loft of the house, there is a sofa bed with 2 sleeping places and 2 box mattresses. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. The house has an open terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the fjord. There is also a 5-person wilderness bath with massage jets. The house also has a fire pit/fireplace where the whole family can enjoy roasting sausages, marshmallows, or baking bread on a stick. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
