This modern holiday home from 2008 offers a welcoming retreat just 500 meters from the Limfjord. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the house greets you with an entrance hall and utility room before you step into the bright kitchen and dining area, featuring high ceilings and a warm wood-burning stove. Two steps lead up to the spacious living room, where large windows frame peaceful views of the property, the surrounding fields, and even glimpses of the Limfjord – from the living room, the loft area, and the garden. The house includes two well-furnished bedrooms as well as a loft (extra sleeping space), offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or friends. The large bathroom features double sinks, a shower, and an inviting whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding after a day by the water. Free Wi-Fi and a TV with Chromecast allow you to stream your favourite shows, while the wood-burning stove and eco-friendly heat pump ensure comfort all year round. Outside, the property is surrounded by nature, providing a sense of privacy and tranquility. The spacious garden is ideal for outdoor enjoyment, play, or simply relaxing with the view. The house is non-smoking and pet-friendly, making it ideal for the whole family. It is thoughtfully designed with a focus on comfort, convenience, and peaceful surroundings close to the water.
