About this house rental
This holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna located on a landscaped garden plot of 985 m² in a newer cottage area only a few minutes walk from the sandy beach Flovt Strand. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all modern facilities and air conditioning/heat pump which helps to keep the consumption costs down. The bright kitchen is combined with the living room where the stove creates a cosy atmosphere. The house is very family friendly with swings, sandpit, trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance) and a lot of different toys. There is also an extra freezer of 60 litres.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
