This stunningly beautiful vacation home is located in a beautiful, picturesque cottage area, within walking distance of one of the best beaches on the east coast. The house is very well furnished and equipped with everything you need on vacation. It is built with high quality materials and is extremely energy friendly. In addition to a heat pump, there is also a Genvex system that provides a good indoor climate and helps to heat the floor heating and hot water. The homeowner continually maintains the home so it always appears presentable.
The large activity room provides many hours of fun for children and adults. The kids will love having their own space in the attic where they can easily create a really cozy room. Beautiful terraces have been created around the house, so it is always possible to find both sun and shade. The terraces are equipped with quality garden furniture. The house also has direct access to a large common room.
The vacation home is located just a short drive from Haderslev, a lovely town with small, good stores and restaurants. Take a trip to Legoland, Løveparken Givskud, Danfoss Universe, Koldinghus, Dyrehaven in Haderslev or a boat trip on Haderslev Fjord. You can also visit the small island of Årø, where the ferry leaves from Årøsund (sailing time about 7 minutes). In addition, there is a golf course, surfing, fishing, mini golf and tennis courts at a distance of 20 km.
