Apartment with privat swimming pool and large private terrace, located in a semi-detached house very close to Lucca. Air conditioning on the upper floor and WiFi. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 300 mt. for restaurant/ pizzeria.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a private house divided into two residential units (the ground floor apartment is occasionally occupied by the owner) and is located in the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the city of Lucca. In fact, you can cycle or hike to town along a nature trail along the Serchio River. The path will take you to Borgo Giannotti, the charming street located just outside the northern part of Lucca's city walls. Before Lucca, you will have the village of S. Alessio, with a large supermarket, butcher, ice cream bar, restaurants etc. So, here you have a centrally located home for your experience-rich holiday in the Lucca area.
In the completely fenced garden, with flat, child-friendly grass areas, you will find the mt. 9 x 5 m deep. 1.40 mt large swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. It is private for you and not shared with the owner (mandatory for supervision of children).
The apartment itself is very bright, furnished in a simple and functional way, with an independent entrance from the external staircase. It is divided as follows:
entrance to bright living room with sofa bed (TV) and dining area, well-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine), double bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. This floor has A/C.
From the corridor, a spiral staircase leads down to the ground floor, where there is another bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden/pool. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
With direct access from the living room, you have a large equipped covered first floor terrace equipped with table and chairs as well as a relaxation area with lounge furniture. The terrace is reserved for you.
