The 55 m² apartment has been recently renovated and features a living room with a sofa bed for one or two people, a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. It is also equipped with a TV. This vacation rental has a private terrace for relaxing evenings. The property is located near the beach. Parking is available on the property. A wallbox for electric vehicles can be used on-site for a fee: €40 per week. Advance notice is requested. Pets are allowed. A fee of €5 per night is payable on-site for this. Smoking and hosting parties are not permitted. Bed linens are included for 2 people. Nessmersiel is a paradise for mudflat hikers. Most mudflat hikes to the island of Baltrum start from here. Hiking across the seabed—for many people, this is an unforgettable experience. Boats depart daily from the ferry terminal to the island of Baltrum, the national park, and the seal colonies.
Bicycle paths along the coast and through green meadows offer the opportunity to explore everything by bike.
You can relax wonderfully on the beach, sheltered from the wind, in the beach chairs.
