About this house rental
We rent out our beautiful vacation home in Neßmersiel. (Seeregenpfeiferweg 1)
It’s located within walking distance of the dike.
The ferry to the island of Baltrum departs from the Neßmersiel harbor. Mudflat hikes to the island of Baltrum are also available.
The towns of Norden/Norddeich and Bensersiel are just a few minutes’ drive away.
The beach (including a dog-friendly section) is 2 km away.
Restaurants and a small supermarket with a bakery can be found in the town center. Playgrounds are right nearby.

There is a seawater outdoor pool in Dornumersiel.
The vacation home’s garden is completely fenced in. There is also a parking space for one car.
The garden features a patio with a seating area and an awning, as well as a grill for cozy evenings.
Children and dogs are welcome.
It can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby or toddler.
The vacation home is 68 m². The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave.
The living room features a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available.
There is an additional restroom on the lower level. A washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, an ironing board, and small cleaning supplies are also provided.
On the upper floor is a bedroom with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and, upon request, a crib.
The children’s room has two single beds measuring 90x200 cm. Both bedrooms have a closet and a dresser, as well as window screens.
There is also a large, light-filled bathroom with a shower.
Linen packages can be booked upon request. (Towels and bed linens / €18.50
per person)
