The property is located about 2 miles from downtown Suttons Bay (5 minute drive) CAUTION: Northern MI winters, the house is up a hill and we strongly encourage 4-wheel drive

We stayed five days to bike the TART trail and others. We thought we'd be right in town, according to two maps on VRBO; however, the house was out of town, and the only way to the bike path was via road riding - not for us at 68. As for the accommodations, the house is a new build and appears to be getting its owners ready for renters. A beautiful new house, squeaky clean, and a nice place to stay. Misnomer, as it is not a luxurious oasis. Oasis, yes, luxury no. As new and clean as it is, and it is, it needs a boost in the luxury category, and that will stay between us and the owner. Stay if you wish, but simply saying luxury and charging for luxury doesn't make it luxury.
