Easy beach days and gorgeous sunsets await upon booking this Mexico Beach vacation rental. Hosting 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and modern amenities inside a breezy, open-concept living space, this home offers a relaxing respite after days spent laying out under the sun. When your group grows hungry, enjoy cocktails on the spacious deck or fire up the grill while your sous-chef gets things prepped in the full kitchen. The lower level features a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a full bath which makes this home perfect for a 2 family vacation!
Sitting atop pilings, the home boats beautiful and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the expansive back deck. You can see Cape San Blas and watch dolphins playing in the ocean from the back deck!
This home is a new construction that was completed in 2023 so all furniture and amenities are brand new.
The refrigerator, kitchen sink and kitchenette sink are all equipped with inline water filtration systems so you have unlimited cool, fresh-tasting water to drink during your stay. No more need for bringing heavy cases of bottled water to the beach!
With a large, open floor design, the home is able to accommodate your large group without feeling crowded. At over 2200 square feet of heated/cooled space, the home is one of the largest 4 bedroom homes available for rental in Mexico Beach.
The home also feature warm, fun colored walls and beach decorations, so staying in the home truly feels like a day at the beach!
New for 2025:
1. The house now features a fully enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold) to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach!
2. We installed a XL park-style charcoal grill for your use. One side of the grill has a griddle to allow for lots of flexibility for the various delicious meals you can cook on it. Bring your steaks and burgers!
3. A large, flat screen TV installed in the upstairs bunk room
4. A regulation horseshoe pit in the back yard for your enjoyment.
For the fishermen, the property includes a 12' fish cleaning station located on the ground level that has room for 4 fishermen to clean the day's catch at the same time! There is plenty of room to park a boat under the home which makes it very unique as compared to many homes in Mexico Beach that either do not allow boat/trailer storage, or do not have space to park a boat and trailer.
The home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of nicely appointed homes. Sunset Park, the premier public access beach park in Mexico Beach, is a quick couple of blocks walk from the home. The Mexico Beach playground is only 2 blocks from the house so it's easy access for the kids.
The home also features free, 1GB high speed wireless Internet. A 200+ DVD movie library is available for your use if you decide on a movie night at home!
Also, for your comfort, bidets have been added to each toilet.

This was our first time visiting Mexico Beach. We had 4 adults, 1 kid, 2 teens and 2 college kids in the house for the week. The kitchen was perfect for cooking or hanging out as a big family. We never felt crowded even with 9 people in the room. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. The deck looking out to the water was awesome! It was huge and the views were better than expected!If traveling with someone who has difficulties with stairs, you should know that there are a lot of stairs. My parents (early 70’s) were able to manage the stairs slowly but it is something to consider. It’s probably typical for houses on stilts but wanted to point it out to make this review helpful.The beach access was a short walk from the house. Because of the weather, we opted to take a day trip to Williford Springs to enjoy the cold clear spring water. Highly recommend this adventure. We also drove out to Cape San Luis. Pay the 6 to get into the state park. The beach is beautiful! The sand was white and soft like 30A but with an abundance of seashells!We spent a lot of time in Port St. Joe because there was more to do there for the teenagers but overall, we had a great time in Mexico Beach and the Blue Pelican was a great home for the week. We would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay for a fewDays in July!! The porch is amazing! We enjoyed sitting out there forCoffee in the mornings and Drinks in the evenings! The location is nice and only a short walk to the beach. The owner was easy to work with as well as management. We will definitely consider renting this place again for a family beach trip!

This property was ideally suited for our family's vacation needs. The divided floor plan provided ample space for both families to enjoy their vacation together. Located in a prime beachfront area, the house offered stunning views from its porch every morning. The property was well-maintained, spotless, and had a spacious layout. The areas was safe, which was particularly important for us as our teenagers could walk to and from the beach unsupervised. Although the area was relatively quiet, it was a short drive to nearby cities. The house was also equipped with an impressive collection of DVDs and games for kids, which was much appreciated. The local food trucks and restaurants offered delicious food and exceptional service. We definitely would return to this property.
Additionally in our particular case we drove about 6 hours and arrived early to the location. The owner was very easy to contact and we were able to check in early. I was very impressed with the owners quick response when I had questions.
