About this house rental
Mexico Beach truly is a hidden gem on the forgotten coast. This low key beach town is the perfect place to relax and unwind with the whole family. Our centrally located MB 4 bed/3 bath house, built in 2024, is only 100 steps from the beach and within walking distance of many of MB's quaint shops and restaurants.
Once done at the beach, the outdoor shower makes for an easy and fun way to get the family clean. This house has plenty of other outdoor features to keep the everyone entertained. The covered lanai is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, corn hole boards and now a newly added putting green! Grill your meals at the outdoor cooking station while the kids make Smores in the backyard fire pit.
If you want to bring the fun inside, you'll find Smart TV's in every room!
LIVING ROOM: 70" Smart TV, and various puzzles and board games.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you feel the need to cook for your crew or entertain. Coffee Machine, Air Fryer, Margarita Machine are all at your disposal.
DINING ROOM: 8 person custom beach epoxy table is something you won't find in any other home.
TWO COVERED BALCONIES: with ocean views and tables to seat 10.
BEDROOM 1 on the Main: Queen Bed with 55" Smart TV, next to main full bathroom
BEDROOM 2 on the Top Floor: Queen Bunk Beds to Sleep 4 with 43" Smart TV, jack and jill bathroom.
BEDROOM 3 on the Top Floor: King Bed with 43" Smart Tv and balcony with ocean views, jack and jill full bathroom.
BEDROOM 4 Master : King Bed with 55" Smart Tv and balcony with ocean view with full bathroom.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Full laundry room located on the 1st Floor with laundry detergent supplied for your convenience.

We had a great stay. This is the most well-stocked rental home I’ve ever stayed in—it had everything! So clean, easy beach access, plenty of space. Would definitely recommend.

This was a beautiful property just a few steps to the beach. The upper balcony had great views of the ocean. This property had everything you would need. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, bicycles, ping pong table, pool table, and a putting green. The kitchen was fully functional, the master shower was great, and all of us had our own beds. I look forward to coming back to this property. Russ was absolutely wonderful to work with. Thanks again for sharing your property with us.
