You'll be greeted by an open and airy living space tastefully adorned with beach-inspired decor. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring all appliances and ample counter space, beckons you to prepare delicious meals for beachside gatherings. The dining and living area provides a welcoming spot to share meals and laughter with loved ones. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, creating a serene haven for relaxation after a day of sun and sand. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 full beds and is ideal for family members or friends, ensuring everyone has a comfortable resting place. With 2 full baths and a washer and dryer, you will surely have everything needed to prepare for your night out. 1 car pass is $35.00, 2 - $50.00 + booking fee and processing fee (Price is subject to change without prior notice per HOA regulations). You are not allowed to park more than 2 vehicles at the property.
Trailers cost $100 per space; if a trailer takes up two spaces, it would cost $200. The office must approve all trailers before arrival—we will provide the office number upon request.
Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 8 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection. VRC# 62374

We enjoyed our stay here. The room could use some updating. We enjoyed this unit because the pickle ball courts were right outside our back door. We had teenagers and young adults so that was nice to enjoy. Sugar beach seems pretty family-friendly.

This is the second time staying in this unit and we absolutely love it. We stayed there last year and this year when I went to book as soon as I saw it was available I immediately booked it. The in-laws come with us and there is plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect. We love stepping out to the back patios and everything being right there. I love the parking is so close to the door (helps so much when unloading) and I love being right at the red light. If we attend the World Series in Panama City Beach next year we will be looking to see if this unit is available!! Thanks so much!
