Welcome to the Barn—10 minutes from UVA and surrounded by the region’s top wineries and attractions along scenic Route 29. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 open concept living areas with pull-out sofa beds plus extra cot, perfect for larger groups. Unwind on the back patio with beautiful mountain views, hot tub, firepit, and grill—ideal for relaxing evenings and unforgettable sunsets. Whether you’re here for a wedding, wine-tasting, or family escape, this cozy barn has everything you need!

The barn has stairs leading to the upstairs suite. You’ll also enjoy a private backyard area. The owners live on the opposite side of the property with a fully fenced yard and two friendly dogs who may be out occasionally. Please note, the property is located off Route 29, so you might hear some road noise, though it doesn’t take away from the beautiful views!
