About this house rental
Surely you've heard about the "Almost World-Famous Boogie Nights Manor". The Boog has remained the #1 rated STR property in the greater Charlottesville/Afton area since it's initial listing in 2016.
The property sits 1/2 mile off of Virginia's Famed "Brew Ridge Trail" which allows close proximity to all the local beer, wine and spirits hotspots, but without the sounds of traffic.
A large, custom built, passive solar fun and wacky house built by a famous frankfurter inventor in one of the most picturesque spots you'll ever discover.
At 4000+ sqft on the inside and multiple acres outdoors, The Boog offers both large gathering areas and intimate private spaces, allowing you gather with family and friends when you'd like, and also hide from them in your room or a patio when they're getting on your nerves ;)
Each year, we reinvest approximately $20,000 to upgrade the house for the comfort and convenience of our guests as well as to continually improve and update the property in a period-correct manner. 2020 has been no exception... in July of 2020, a brand new climate control and air cleaning system was installed to allow each bedroom its own thermostat. As well, we removed all instances of wall-to-wall carpeting and replaced with engineered flooring that is easy cleaned and disinfected between guest stays. The entire exterior of the house was also repainted in this year as well!

3 semi-private acres! You'll have the entire run of the main house, as well as a very large front yard and a beautiful side yard with a new stone patio and fire pit.
WiFi enabled front door lock, so no need for keys.

Weekends at Boogie Nights Manor tend to book up 4+ months in advance, so reserve early for your chance to stay at the weirdest (mostly in a good way). The longer you stay, the more interesting artwork and artifacts you'll discover.

Perfect location for wineries and breweries! Lots of fun oddities to explore at Boogie Nights! Nicely stocked and clean with large kitchen and group seating! Enjoyed the karaoke and dress up closet! So much fun!

Boogie Nights was a unique home with us finding something new to talk and laugh about everyday. It gave us the space we needed for seven adults to spread out but also come together in the large living room. I highly recommend staying here!

This house is so spacious! It was clean and close to 151 and all it has to offer! It was well equipped with just about everything you could need. We are already talking about coming back!! So much cool and interesting artwork to see in this house!!

Everything was as stated in the listing. There was really a suprise around every corner. Made for many conversations and looking around to make sure you didn't miss anything. Great location only about 20 mins from Wintergreen resort. Would definitley stay again.
