Conveniently located on Main Street, just one minute from the local grocery store, shops, fitness center, laundromat, restaurants, boat launch and the town beach. The cottage is on the ITS snowmobile/ATV trail – sled/ATV directly from the back yard. Just 5.5 miles from the Rangeley Lakes Trail Center and 7.5 miles from Saddleback Mountain!

Two bedrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower. The open concept kitchen/living area creates an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home! Sleeps 6 comfortably with one queen bed bedroom, one full bed bedroom and another queen bed in the lower-level common room. Very well appointed with modern furniture, beds, linens, kitchen equipment and more. There is a one car attached garage for your toys, your skis/snowboards, canoes, kayaks or whatever you need to store. NEW: 1 Gigabyte per second fiber optic internet wifi for guests looking to work remotely.

Overall, the property was great! It was very clean and close to saddleback mountain and perfect for our group! The only issue we had was parking. The parking behind the cottage was not well cleared and some of the group members had to have their cars towed out of the driveway.

Listing was exactly as described. House was well stocked and Jim was extremely responsive and a great host. We dealt with a lot of snow and the driveways were always cleared quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house with everything we needed, Excellent location, close to town, restaurants and shopping. Access directly to the snowmobile trails can't be beat.
