Modernes, Helles Ferienhaus mit Kleinem Garten, Wenige Minuten vom Sandstrand

This inviting, newly built villetta is surrounded by a small but beautifully landscaped garden. The green lawn, framed by flowering plants, comfortable lounge chairs, and small paths, is very charming. The sheltered barbecue area with a sink and the warm outdoor shower are very practical. The small, shaded terrace leads directly into the living room (air-conditioned) with an open-concept kitchen. A small hallway leads to the two bedrooms (air-conditioned) and the new bathroom with a shower. The double bedroom offers plenty of space and a large window overlooking the garden. A twin bedroom is located right next to it. Thanks to the modern gas heating, this sun-drenched villetta is highly recommended even during the colder months!
We charge separately for electricity usage. Additionally, we charge a fee of 20 euros per person per change for the provision of bed linens and towels.
