Charming detached villa (135 m²), just a few steps from Gennemari Beach, the most beautiful beach in Torre delle Stelle. It is completely independent, with a garden filled with plants that provide plenty of privacy, located in a private area with access restricted to owners only.
All bedrooms are equipped with Mitsubishi A+ air conditioning.
WiFi Internet is available throughout the villa and on the outdoor terraces.

The space
The villa, which sleeps 6–7, is detached and completely independent from any other property. It boasts stunning views of the bay and is only 90 m as the crow flies from Gennemari Beach (about a 160 m walk).
The bedrooms, situated slightly on a higher level, surround the lower living and dining areas (with a fireplace) that open onto the terrace. The leather-like appearance of the polished, handmade terracotta tiles in the living areas adds charm to the decor. Generous outdoor terraces on various levels.

It consists of:

- A large living room, nearly 50 square meters, with a tiled floor and a fireplace, which opens onto the terraces and provides direct access to the bedrooms;
- A large double bedroom with a mini-bar refrigerator, offering the option of an additional bed for a child, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and showerhead;
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower;
- A kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, a double sink, and a dishwasher;
- A bathroom with a bathtub featuring a shower seat;
- A pantry with built-in cabinets and a washing machine;
- Large terraces on several levels, with terracotta tile floors, featuring a shaded dining area with a thatched roof and equipped with a barbecue and pizza oven, a shaded and covered seating area with sofas, and a large sun deck with a sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table;
- Garden with trees and hedges and an automatic irrigation system;
- Outdoor shower (cold water only);
- Parking for 2–3 cars.

All bedrooms are equipped with individual Mitsubishi A++ air conditioning, mosquito nets, and fans.
Hair dryers are provided in the bathrooms.

Due to the presence of steps and split levels, the villa is not suitable for people with disabilities.
No pets allowed.

The villa is completely private, so the villa and garden are entirely at the guests’ disposal, with no need to share.
Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas (terraces, sun deck), but please do not smoke inside the villa.

Torre delle Stelle, located at Km 21 on Provincial Road No. 17—which runs from Poetto to Villasimius—can be reached from the port of Cagliari in about 40 minutes (32 km) and from Cagliari-Elmas Airport in 50 minutes.

It is the most prestigious residential community between Cagliari and Villasimius.
Torre delle Stelle has two beaches: Gennemari Beach, a short walk from the villa, known for its clear, fine sand (boat rentals available), and Cannesisa Beach, with bars and kiosks that come alive at night.
There is also a third, large beach—Marongiu Beach—just 1 km away, in the Baccu Mandara area.

Torre delle Stelle offers a wide range of amenities in the summer: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a Catholic church, a playground, and a tennis court.
