After a long day at the beach, take a dip in the community pool, conveniently located right next door! Rinse off in the outdoor shower before dining out at one of the many great restaurants just a short walk or bike ride from Sweet Carolina. Once you return home, soak in the relaxing hot tub and reminisce about your well-spent day relaxing on the Outer Banks!
Inside, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and new furnishings give Sweet Carolina a spacious and luxurious feel. Take in the views from the mid-level living area, boasting deck access, a wet bar, and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie night. The large kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances for 2026, as well as conveniences such as an icemaker, a wine refrigerator, a Keurig, and an Instapot. The dining area, with seating for 8, is located just off the kitchen and also offers deck access with ocean and community pool views.
The loft area is the perfect hang-out spot, complete with a futon, large flat-screen TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and private sun deck with ocean views overlooking the community pool. All 3 of the bedrooms, located on the ground level, offer flat-screen TVs. The king en suite is complete with a Jacuzzi tub and private entry with shaded deck access to the hot tub. The queen bedroom and the bedroom with 2 doubles are connected by a full Jack and Jill bath. The washer and dryer are located on this level as well, making laundry a breeze.
Just steps to the beach and the Kitty Hawk Pier, Sweet Carolina is also just a short walk across the street to dining at Southern Shores Pizza, BLVD Ice Cream Co., Steamers Restaurant, family-fun at OB-Xscape Rooms, shopping at Sojourn, and more!
To the north, you will find the popular village of Duck, full of good shopping and dining. Even further north you will find the historic area of Corolla, most well known for their restored lighthouse and wild roaming Spanish Mustangs believed to have arrived here as early as the 1500s. To the south, you have Jockey’s Ridge State Park, home to the world’s largest hang-gliding school, and even more history with the Wright Brothers National Monument, the birthplace of flight.

2 parking passes are available with a $15 + tax deposit per pass for Southern Shores amenities in 2025. Amenities include beach parking, tennis, pickleball, and community parks.

Great, airy family vacation home with 3 good bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, 2nd floor and roof decks, hot tub and beach shower -highly recommended

House has everything you could want/need really. Great location to beach access and pool. Hot tub at the house was dirty and jets didn't work. Jetted tub inside was also filthy and couldnt be used as inteded. Other than that it was a nice little place to stay for a few days.
