The house was very nice and spacious. The beach was amazing. We used the pool table and hot tub often. The grill was very clean with a new grill brush for me to use. I did have 1 problem. I paid 450 dollars for the pool to be heated and it wasn't. When I called to deal with this the representative told me the pool heater turns off when the outside temp goes below 60 degrees. The issue wasn't the heater after all. The pool heater simply wasn't plugged in for me. I got my money refunded easily because I wasnt informed of the pool heater policy. Just beware when having the pool heated there is something on the pool heater to turn it off when the outside temp drops below 60. For myself I was willing to pay that high amount to have the pool warm in the off weather. Other than the pool issue the house was very nice. It was a great location with Walmart and other stores close by. (Maybe a mile). I entered and left the property seemlessly. The rental company answered and returned calls very quickly. I would recommend this propery.

The place was spacious enough but it desperately needs a deep clean. There were ants everywhere. It was colder when we stayed and needed to turn the heat on, it is clear filters and vents haven’t been cleaned in years, as we all started becoming stuffed up. One of the comforters appeared to have blood on it. The carpets all have stains on them. The windows desperately need to cleaned.Had the house been cleaned properly before our arrival my rating would have been higher. I would also say there are a lot of broken items in the house: toaster, coffee pot, multiple chairs.This is a good place for large families that do not plan to spend a lot of time inside.
