The property was very clean, everyone was courteous and helpful. The doorman was super helpful opening the door for our large family. Walking distance to the subway to head downtown. It was perfect for the graduation at the united palace to attend my nieces graduate ceremony. One morning we walked over 2 blocks to head to the dunkin’ and we bought tamales from this lady and they were delicious!! 2 things to note. 1. My family and I stayed in two separate rooms facing Amsterdam ave and it was noisy with non stop car traffic , non stop beeping. It makes sense because this hotel is super close to the end of the bridge. 2. The gym’s treadmill needed maintenance

We stayed one night for a quick trip into the city. The hotel was clean and brightly decorated. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. We would have liked the hallways to be brighter. One of our rooms was a corner room on the fourth floor and the 3 windows of daylight was nice. However the nighttime outside sounds kept our adult family members awake until 3am. We were happy to have the onsite parking option and it was priced okay, matching up with other rates we paid. The location was further away from where we spent most of our time so that was our downside.
