My family and I stayed at The Heights Haven located on West 182nd in the Audubon area (10033, NYC), and we were genuinely impressed by how beautiful and comfortable it was. It feels like a hidden treasure in the city—peaceful, accessible, and full of charm. The building has a Victorian-era character dating back to 1901, thoughtfully updated with a modern touch that keeps it both stylish and functional. Everything we needed was within reach, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in New York City.

Everything was perfect

The property is in a great location and very spacious, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which is rare to find in New York and was perfect for a large group like ours. The nearby metro station was very convenient for getting around the city, and there were also plenty of restaurants, stores, and cafes within walking distance. We really appreciated how comfortable and roomy the house was after a long day exploring NYC. The check-in process was smooth, and the host team was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We did experience a small issue with the hot water for the shower, but the team responded very quickly and arranged for maintenance to come fix it right away. Later, we were informed that nearby construction had caused the issue. There was also some nighttime construction noise that mainly affected the street-facing rooms. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property for large groups visiting New York.
