My son moved to NYC and I needed a place relatively nearby. It's all perspective. This was best place that I could find that was near. Only good hotel option nearby was mpre expensive and not enough room for me and daughter too. Place is exactly like the pics. Great tall and big shower! All cooking amenities available. Nespresso machine w pods was a nice touch. Filtered water through fridge. The 1 train/subway is literally half block away.
Again, all perspective to where I needed to be near my son's new apt. Little Dominican can be a little dirty. How, I felt very safe with the place. Two front doors that lock. It is garden level so no windows but there is shared patio out back to enjoy. Gas grill that I did not use.

This place is so adorable, was perfect for what we needed, my son's place was only 8 blocks away. Check in was a breeze and the owner's were delightful.
