About this house rental
With spectacular views of Smiths Beach, this stunning beach house will exceed all of your expectations. Cleverly designed over two levels, this home provides space for the entire family.
The upper level is designed for both entertaining and or relaxing. The expansive open plan dining, kitchen and family area is spacious and modern with warm timber flooring and plenty of natural sunlight. The family room extends seamlessly onto a large balcony deck which continues up to an additional viewing deck with spectacular views of the ocean. The family room also features large smart screen TV, Foxtel, spilt system cooling/Heating & gas fire place.
A double sized master bedroom with King Size Bed is also located on the upper level, complete with walk in robe and ensuite, and further complemented by access to a second private balcony for some quite time away from the kids.
The lower level features 2 large carpeted bedrooms (1st with Queen bed, 2nd with 2 sets of single bunks) with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a generous open plan style rumpus/ lounge room and also the main bathroom. The rumpus and lounge area also features warm timber flooring, split system heating/cooling and kitchenette with direct access to a covered alfresco and spacious backyard - the perfect recreation area. After a day at the beach the kids will be able to relax with another smart screen TV, Foxtel, Gaming console, Table Tennis table, Board Games, puzzles or throw a ball outside.

Marlin at Smiths is located just 200meters from family friendly Smiths Beach and just 500meters from our personal favorite surfing spot YCW Beach. For those interested in the events at the Grand Prix track you can’t get much closer, only approx. 2km. Close enough to walk.
So much more family fun is within reach such as the Penguin Parade, AMaze & Things, Mini Golf, Churchill Island, Go Kart Racing, Seal Rock and the Koala Habitat just to name a few.

Our family has been coming back to this perfect holiday home for a number of years. Jacinta is always the perfect host, great communication and the home is always immaculately presented as per the photos. Highly recommend.

This was a really nice property to stay at. Would comfortably accomodate 4 adults and 4 children as the house is zoned very well. 2 large living areas 2 decks and a balcony. Great place to unwind - would stay here again :)

Coming back to this property should say it all - a great house , location and features for a great holiday. The balcony outside the lounge/ kitchen area is great to catch the sea breeze on a hot day. The very comfy lounges are great for holiday book-read time. The games downstairs are really good fun (I’m still no good at table tennis though). Smiths beach is a great beach for walks, boogie boards and swimming.
