About this house rental
New two story beach house situated at Phillip Island's most popular patrolled surf beach - Smiths Beach only 2 minute walk and you're on the sand.
Our beach house offers modern spacious open plan living. The first floor has north and south facing balconies with BBQ facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with aldi espresso coffee machine, microwave, with a large open living and dinning areas, master bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom with large shower and bath, air conditioning, wood heater, flat screen TV, ipod docking station, DVD player and FREE WI-FI now available .
The ground floor offers another living area designed to keep the kids happy with a cupboard full of board games, XBOX and Wii consoles, flat screen smart TV. Access to a European laundry and double lockup garage with table tennis and surfboard storage racks.
BATHROOMS:
the house has 2 large showers, 2 toilets and an outdoor hot/cold shower perfect for a large family.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom - Queen
Bedroom 2 - Queen
Bedroom 3 - Double bunk and single bed
Bedroom 4 - KS bunk and KS bed
The property is fully self contained, covered doonas, blankets and pillows ARE provided, however YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING your own top and bottom sheets, towels and pillow cases. Or you can hire linen for an additional charge.

Such a lovely house. Well stocked with essential cookware etc in the kitchen. Amazing location. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Thanks again. We all had a great time.

Perfect Holiday House!Delightful stay in beautifully comfortable, clean, house. Kitchen and living rooms were fantastic. Plenty of room for adults and children. Location is merely metres from Smiths Beach and corner cafe. The Host is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

What a beautiful house - gorgeously styled, and the position was everything! Clean, comfortable and large enough to accommodate 2 families with older teen children.
